our superior double room was cool, clean, and spacious. i loved the toiletries provided. the room included a smart tv and a drying rack providing all the essentials for a very comfortable stay.

The location was acceptable and close to public transport, I guess.
Our room smelled like sewage upon arrival. We asked to switch rooms and that became quite the production. The staff were very rude and their story kept changing. They moved us to a downstairs room at midnight and it had no view. The shower flooded so I showed the staff, but they acted like it was the first time despite water damage. Generally, the rooms had minimal amenities and poor quality towels. It would be nice with better service.

The stay wasn't great, the room was small and dark. I couldn't open the window, the air con unit was making loud noises. There were no coffee facilities, so I couldn't have coffee when I wanted.
